Licensing explained
Annual subscription
With an annual subscription, you pay in advance to use MergeBoard with a fixed number of users at a discounted rate. Billing for additional users is calculated at the standard monthly subscription rate and is only applied to active users. Disabled users are not included in the billing calculation.
Monthly subscription
With a monthly subscription, you pay at the end of each month based on the number of users active during that month. Disabled users are not included in the billing calculation.
